By accessing our website, booking a call, purchasing a service, or communicating with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
Our services are strictly consultancy and advisory in nature. We may provide guidance on:

- Application consistency checks and submission guidance
- Explanations of typical requirements, timelines, and common issues
- General relocation guidance related to the program (non-legal, non-financial advice)
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
- Reviewing all guidance and making your own decisions
- Submitting applications and documents to the appropriate authorities
- Ensuring all information submitted to authorities is correct and consistent
- Meeting all deadlines and requirements set by UAE authorities
- Seeking independent legal or tax advice where appropriate
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
We explicitly state that:
- No guarantee is provided regarding approval, timing, or outcome of any application
- Decisions are made solely by UAE authorities and may change without notice
- We cannot control or influence authority processes, timelines, or outcomes
- Past outcomes or examples do not guarantee future results
5. Payment and Refund Policy
5.1 Payment Terms
Unless stated otherwise in writing, payment for consultancy services is due in full before service delivery begins. Fees are shown in the currency displayed at checkout or in the agreed invoice.
5.2 Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):
- Visa refusal or rejection by UAE authorities
- Changes in immigration policy, procedures, or eligibility rules
- Client change of mind or change of personal circumstances
- Client inability to meet eligibility requirements or provide required documents
- Failure to follow guidance, timelines, or instructions
- Delays, technical issues, or authority workload outside our control
- Dissatisfaction with outcome where services were delivered as described
- Any other reason whatsoever
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy unconditionally.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased
- We are not responsible for costs incurred due to rejected applications or missed deadlines
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose

We may reference official websites or third-party resources for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or changes. Always verify information with official sources.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials we provide (templates, checklists, written guidance, and documents) are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publish our materials without our written permission.
9. Service Access and Communication
We may deliver services via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, video call, or other agreed channels. Response times may vary depending on workload, time zones, and the service level purchased.

We handle client information with care and use it to deliver the requested services. You should avoid sending sensitive information that is not required for consultancy. If you have a separate Privacy Policy page, it applies in addition to these Terms.
